Radiology/Nuclear Medicine - Deformable Registration

Automatic Deformable Registration
MIM Software's latest innovation, Automatic Deformable Registration powered by the VoxAlign Deformation Engine™, provides powerful new tools1 for Radiology and Nuclear Medicine.
VoxAlign™ utilizes a robust deformable registration technique to correct for anatomical differences between CT scans.
The deformable registration found in MIMcontouring Advanced allows for more accurate comparisons between serial exams by correcting for the nonrigid difference that can occur over time.
Motion between the phases of a respiratory gated CT can be accounted for by registering all images to a single phase. Tumors on gated CT studies can now be contoured from a single phase, matching the size, shape, and location of the tumor in each of the remaining phases.
